DOA Weightlifting Technique Classes 

Open to all members of CrossFit DOA as well as non-members. This program is 
intended to improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination  with the lifts.
 

This is for athletes interested in more focused training on the Olympic 
lifts including CrossFitters and athletes from all other sports. Our expert coaching will design a program suited to your specific needs and goals.

Coach Jeff Qualifications:         Pan American Games Champion and World Record Holder (Snatch)         5+ Years Weightlifting/Coaching Experience         5+ Years Crossfit Experience                 Current Competitive Weightlifter         Current Crossfit Games Athlete         Experience coaching Baseball, Football, Soccer, and most other high school sports athletes

Class times are Wednesdays 6-8pm and Saturdays 7-9am and 9:30-11:30 am. We are limiting class sizes to 4 people per class to ensure individual attention for all. Everyone must sign up for class prior to starting by emailing us at Crossfitdoa@gmail.com or come on in and put your name on the sign up sheet located on the outside of our olympic weightlifting room.* Monthly rates and group rates are available.
